Wave at the Bus

Mark Oestreicher posted this on his “whyismarko” blog today.  It is a link to the blog of a dad who stood outside everyday, in a different costume, and waved to his teenage son as he rode the school bus past their house.  The pirate picture to the left is on the last day of school.  The blog chronicles all the different outfits the dad wore each day as he waved at the bus.  What a test of creativity and endurance for the dad.  Imagine the conversations that took place on the bus, too!  170 costumes. 170 waves.  WOW!

Kudos to this dad and family for making the school year memorable.  Here are a few other notable pictures.  You can see even more at the blog – Wave at the Bus.

This one is a little scary, but funny.

This may be my favorite.
